Here is the revised agenda for our next meeting on November 20th at 7pm at St. Clare Catholic Church in our Knights Den based on your responses:
7:00pm: Guest Speaker (Martin Nicholson, Curator of the Hoyt Arboretum in Portland, Oregon)
7:30pm: Meeting Officially Opens with Prayer, Pledge and Card Check (5 minutes)
Feedback and Open Dialogue on Guest Speaker with Grand Knight (5 minutes)
Old Business: Breakfasts, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Essay Contest, Brothers Michael and Tom will talk more about their fundraising brainchild, Financial Secretary's Report, Treasurer's Report, Recorder and Brother Doug (our insurance agent) (40 minutes)
New Business: Recycling Update, Appoint Advocate, Next Year's Dues, Reporting Hours, Holiday Party and Ted's Recruitment Dream
(15 minutes)
The Good of the Order (5 minutes)
Closing Prayer (5 minutes)
