On the importance of Form 1728

My brothers,
Recently, as I'm sure you've all seen in the news, two senators choose to challenge one of President Trump's judicial nominees on the basis of his membership in the Knights of Columbus.

Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska considered this to be so serious that he wrote Senate Resolution 19, which passed the Senate by Unanimous Consent (without a vote).

The text can be seen at this link and as you can see, references the Form 1728 Fraternal Survey directly, in the arguments for why the Knights of Columbus is NOT a terrorist organization.

You won't see me violating the partisan politics rule, despite my strong feelings on politics.  And SR19 does not clearly, as it made its point to such an extent that even the original two Senators who charged us with being an anti-woman organization, did not dare object.

Please Download and Fill Out this PDF, and forward it to pdjarvis1@comcast.net, so that we may compile this most important form.  It's not just about tax status, it's about religious freedom in the United States itself.
