As we heard a few weeks ago in our Fraternal Benefits watch party, you have benefits as a Knight that accrue to your wife and children and grandchildren.  Sadly, looking at Membership Online with Supreme, some of our contact information has become incorrect over the years.  Consider this your chance to let us know who you are and let us know backup contact information for you!

Click on this link to answer an identity Survey Monkey form, let us know your preferred phone and email, and let us know more about your family and parish life, so we can better support the parishes we're supposed to be covering, be it St. Clare's, St. John Fisher, St. Elizabeth of Hungary, or St. Thomas More.
