Easter Egg Hunt Google Sheet Volunteers

I believe enough people are meeting me at 4pm on Saturday for setup.

Here is the message from Heather, who is organizing the rest of the hunt.

Hello everyone,

Thank you all for reaching out offering your time to help Volunteer for the St Clare Easter egg hunt or if you are looking to help!

The good news is we have lots of stuffed eggs! Nice work St Clare community and St Clare moms group who helped stuff eggs!

I wanted to send a reminder to all of you wonderful volunteers on the details on the areas you have signed up to help or if you are still looking for areas to help with.

Hide Eggs/setup yard decor - Sunday 4/5- arrive 7:15/7:30 am at St Clare. Make your way to the playground/field behind the school. Use the side gate close to church. We will be hiding hundreds of eggs in 2 roped off zones throughout the playground and fields.
Monitors in aged zones - Need some people to line up in front of the playground and swings, field to hold kids back from starting till it begins. Help communicate where to line up or start. Leave mass a bit early after communion. Could use 2-3 more people open to this.
Clean up after egg hunt. Meet on the playground after egg hunt. This will include looking for any eggs not picked up and taking down the poles, ribbons and yard signs and picking up any garbage.
Egg Hunt Zones Color and Breakdown:
1) 0-5 Age Zone - Purple Bunny. This is the closest zone as families make their way out of church in the field with the garage shed to the right. Safe zone for the littlest egg hunters.

2) 6-12 Age Zone - Yellow Bunny. Swing set, playground and soccer field.

If you are not signed up and able to help please add your name to the google sign up sheet.

Also any hours volunteered count towards your school in-parish or preschool daycare volunteer hours.

Please reach out if you have any questions and THANK YOU ALL!!

Heather
