St. Clare Parish Hall June 7 Breakfast

I've now heard from the parish, and we're back to more the standard way we do things.   Thus, the following shifts for volunteering are available: Grocery Load in:  4pm Saturday, June 6th  Ted will also be bringing over the contents of the closet at this time Table Setup:  6pm Saturday, June 6th 1st shift Sunday June 7th:  Ted will have the room open at 6:30am, 8am-10:15 am is fine for most roles, though many hands make light work 2nd Shift Sunday June 7th:  Reverse of 1st shift, 10:30-2pm at worst, the more hands the quicker we'll be out of there. So, especially if you're new our council, please contact seebert42@gmail.com  to get on the volunteer spreadsheet- and to save Ted a panic attack.

Thank you to all volunteers for the Mother's Day Flower Sale

Cost:  $385 (600 stems at .64/stem) Gross Donations: $1073 This makes for a $688 check heading for Mother and Child Education Center.

Mother's Day Volunteers Needed

We still need volunteers for our Mother’s Day Flowers fundraising event for Mother and Child Education Center.    We especially need help at the 11:00am and 5:30pm Masses at ST John Fisner Church.   If you will have already attended and earlier Mass and prefer just to help with the flower distribution, just arrive just before 12:00pm for the 11:00am or 6:30pm for the 5:30 to help with handing a flower to the mothers after the Masses.   If you can help with or have any questions about the event contact Gene Andres at gene.andres@comcast.net  or 773-426-4816.   Please volunteer your time to help make this fundraiser a success.

Mother's Day Vigil Flower Sales Still Needed St. Clare's. SJF could also use more help

We're pretty well covered now for the Sunday Masses at St. Clare's.  We could use one or two more people for Saturday Night.  Email seebert42@gmail.com  to help SJF could use more people, at all 4 Mass times.  Please email gene.andres@comcast.net to volunteer

Mother's Day volunteering

If you have not already done so, please let us know which Mass you will be attending on Mother's Day and if you're willing to man a door at the end of Mass to sell flowers.  We need at least 9 men at each parish to volunteer for this (3 per Mass for Saturday and Sunday morning, one or two can handle 4:30pm Sunday Mass at SJF); we will accept any family members who want to volunteer as well.  Please help our Mother's Day Flower Sale become a success! For St Clare, email Ted Seeber, seebert42@gmail.com For St. John Fisher, email  Gene Andres <gene.andres@comcast.net>
