Volunteer Request: St. Clare Advent Fair

As most of you know, we've traded our breakfast for a simple lunch at the Advent Fair.  We also have a few other duties to take care of.  Here are the volunteers I have so far, and the times they are working. --------------------------- 7am-8am Ted Seeber & Michael Chau to make coffee for coffee and donuts and help get the Parish Hall ready 8:00am- Shannon Seeber & Christopher Seeber to pick up Mike Morgan, Ted Seeber to pick up Eva, for Mass. 8:30am-9:30am Mass at St. Clare's 9:30am-10:45 am.  Ted Seeber to man Knight's table for the general fair.  Request one more volunteer for Knights Table.  Jean would like some volunteers to help with the Advent Wreath Table, bringing in fresh boughs, keeping things running. Two school families are doing coffee and donuts. 10:45am-12:30pm  Judy and Jim Van Domelen, chips, and grapes for lunch, and take in soup donations.  Ted to bring extra crock pots and warmers for soups, and check on coffee and tang.
