October 5 volunteers still needed

Still available are mainly the public facing roles:

  • Shift 1 8am-10:15am 
    • Serving line- Can go to 8:30 Mass if you pull a Judas Shuffle and come immediately after taking communion, not waiting for the end of Mass, to let us know when the crowd is going to hit!
    • Dining Room & fruit cups- during the first hour and a half you'll be finishing setup, then it's bussing tables and resetting tables as people finish.  Maybe taking a plate of additional pancakes around if we've got extras.
  • Shift 2:  10:30-cleanup
    • Serving Line- Can go to 10:45 Mass if you pull a Judas Shuffle and come immediately after taking communion, not waiting for the end of Mass, to let us know when the crowd is going to hit!
    • Dining Room & Cleanup- the more hands the better, but this is by far the lighter crowd, usually around 75% compared to Shift 1.

Remember, families can and should volunteer together!  Not just Knights, but the entire family!
