One Mass, One Family Picnic Sunday Sept. 7th

Over the years the St Clare Picnic has been a Community “Helping Hands” program for our council.  Let’s do it again this year.  In recent years our participation has not been organized and confined individuals volunteering to help with set up before, clean up during and/or after the picnic. To volunteer this year just scan the QR code in the bulletin (link) for this Sunday.

Suggestions:

·       Saturday 5:15PM-6:00PM – Move tables from school gym to the school field.

·       Saturday 6:00PM-8:00PM – Setup the school field

·       Sunday 8:45AM-10:00AM – Setup and Food prep.

·       Sunday 11:00AM-2:00PM – Ground Crew-fill food and Drinks as needed. Empty trash                                                           cans.

·       Sunday 2:00PM-3:30PM – Takedown.

If later you find that you have not signed up but still want to participate, just show up Saturday evening during setup or Sunday afternoon for cleanup. I am sure you will easily be able to find a way to lend a hand.

As always when volunteering, wear your nametag and KofC shirt to show the Knights participation in the picnic.
