Schedule of Events
Notes
for Venerators:
-
During
each opportunity for Veneration, a basket will be placed near the relic along
with pens and paper where anyone can bring forth prayer requests and petitions
through his intercession and place them in the basket.
-
A
line will form for Veneration as directed by ushers. Each venerator will get
about 15 seconds to venerate in front of the relic.
-
Anyone
who wishes to touch a religious item (crucifix, Rosary, medal, scapular, etc)
to the relic may do so and that item will become a 3rd Class Relic.
4th Degree Request: Each Mass will have a 4th
Degree Honor Guard. In addition, two 4th
Degree personnel will stand guard by the relic, one on each
side, during Veneration times. All 4th Degree personnel are invited
to attend these events and participate in honor guard activities.
