7:05 pm GKs Remarks - Don Mey
- Don Mey expressed his appreciation for the work that Marc Gregoire performed as Grand Knight.
- Then Don introduced himself and discussed his background in Sales & Customer Service: he is presently retired and donates much of his time to working at St. Clare and in our Council
- He went on to say that he saw our Council as composed of men of action and faith
- Don Mey will strive to increase membership by improving the parishes and various ministries visibility of Knights activities and service offerings
- There will be one Parish Liason: St. Clare - Don Mey; St. John Fisher - Mike Devlin; and St. Elizabeth- Marc Gregoire

- Don Mey stepped in and gave a short inspirational talk on the power and ways we can improve our individual prayer
7:35 pm Committees
- Program Director Gene Andres will present information at our next meeting
- St. Clare Director Don Mey discussed plans for St. Clare in introduction
- St. John Fisher Director Mike Devlin didn't have anything to report
- St. Elizabeth of Hungary Director Marc Gregoire informed us that Fr. Charles' was the new priest at St. Elizabeth of Hungary, and invited us to attend a 4 pm Sat. 7/23/22 party for Fr. Charles at the church
- Faith Director Don Mey outlined his faith plans in the introduction
- Community Director Michael Chau urged us to volunteer for all kinds of worthwhile work
- Life Director Ted Seeber updated the situation at Mother/Child
- Family Director Ted Seeber said efforts to start a special mass was still on-going
- Membership Director Don Mey outlined his plans in the introduction
- Retention Director Mike O'Phelen was absent, but we don't have any retention issues now
- Ted Seeber will become the Director of the IT Committee
7:45 pm Life is Messy by Matthew Kelly was discussed
- This is a marvelous resource for Catholic men who encounter problems associated with trying to live christian lives in the 21st century.
8:05 pm Special Report by Tom Owens on ways to support Fr. Jim Galluzzo'
- Tom Owens proposed two motions to the Council. The first motion was for our Council to support Fr. Jim Galluzzo in his work with the poor of Portland. The second motion was that our Council donate $300 to St. Andres Nativity School for the education of low-income minority students. Marc Gregoire seconded the motions.
- James M. Morgan made a motion to table Tom Owens' motions and Gene Andres seconded the motion.
- It was decided by a vote of 10 to 3 to table the motions, but we decided to reconsider both motions at our next meeting when we had more time.
8:10 pm New Business
- Phil Jarvis has resigned from the position of 3rd year Trustee. Phil has moved his membership to the St. Juan Diego Council.
- Ted Seeber nominated Ken Paulson to be our 3rd degree Trustee
- James M. Morgan seconded the nomination, and Ken Paulson was elected by a unanimous vote of the council

8:25 pm District Deputy / State Officers
- Mark Larson, newly appointed Deputy Director, was in attendance.
- Mark emphasized that he was here as a resource
- Mark commented that he was impressed by our members' enthusiasm and participation in the meeting
- Mark will plan on installation of Officers for the New Term at our next meeting if it can be arranged
