The petition drive to stop taxpayer-funded abortion has begun    Get Your Petition Sheets Today   Theodore,  Our statewide petition drive to stop YOUR tax dollars from funding thousands of elective abortions is now underway. You can sign the petition and order petition sheets (for free) at www.StopTheFunding.org. Also, if you haven’t yet scheduled a petition drive at your church, there are some great resources for Oregon churches here.  The start of this petition drive has been a long time coming. As you may know, we had wanted to begin gathering signatures early last year. But then Planned Parenthood and three other pro-abortion organizations took legal action against our petition to force a delay.  Thankfully, we’ve now cleared all legal hurdles to begin the monumental task of gathering 117,000+ signatures needed to qualify our measure for the statewide ballot.
