All hands on deck, anybody who can volunteer! St. Clare's Picnic is September 11th, 2016! It promises to be a fun day, with a very compressed schedule, so to pull it off, people need to be on time.
8:00 AM- Setup. Need Knights to help, initially setting up the Soccer Challenge with Mike Devlin, and the Lego Church project with Ken Paulsen, Daniel Salomon, and Christopher Seeber. We will also need to help setup camping pavilions, seating, and tables.
9:00 AM- Jose Orozco from St. Anthony's 3591 will be coming from St. Anthony's with the grill. We will need 5-6 men to help unload and setup the grill
10:00 AM- anybody going to One Mass, One Family: Onward and Upward Together Mass should be in the church for Mass. Special events at Mass will include a moment of silence for 9-11-2001, celebration of Fr. Don Guttman's 25th Aniversary of his Ordination, and a special surprise for Pia and Deacon Bill.
11:00 AM- or whenever Mass ends- Knights and Parents who are cooking are to congregate at the grill to start cooking. Everybody else- off on the Dragon Dash 3k/5k fun walk/run.
11:30 AM- start serving food.
2:00 PM- shut off grill, cool down, cleanup, and load. Volunteer for other cleanup duties as needed.
3:00 PM- Jose Orozco from St. Anthony's 3591 returns to St. Anthony's
