Over the years the St Clare Picnic has been a Community “Helping Hands” program for our council.  Let’s do it again this year.  In recent years our participation has not been organized and confined individuals volunteering to help with set up before, clean up during and/or after the picnic. To volunteer this year just scan the QR code in the bulletin (link) for this Sunday. Suggestions: ·        Saturday 5:15PM-6:00PM – Move tables from school gym to the school field. ·        Saturday 6:00PM-8:00PM – Setup the school field ·        Sunday 8:45AM-10:00AM – Setup and Food prep. ·        Sunday 11:00AM-2:00PM – Ground Crew-fill food and Drinks as needed.   John Clare Council 15485 June Hybrid Meeting will be held on Tuesday 8/19/2025  at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be, in-person, at St. Clare Parish Hall, doors open at 6:30 PM, and online via Zoom.  See the attached links below. The Installation of Officers for the 2025/2026 year will occur after our initial prayers and roll call, but prior to our normal business meeting. We will have an abbreviated meeting to allow time for the installation of officers. There is also the potential for a Fraternal Benefits presentation, either during, or following our meeting.
