Mother's Day Carnation Sale - big success!

Thanks to everyone who helped sell flowers after Saturday and Sunday masses last week.

Today we were able to send off a check for $400 to Mother and Child Education Center (formerly Birthright) as a donation from our council.

At St. John Fisher, Phil organized several volunteers including Paul Pompili, Deacon Scott Kolbet, Mike Devlin, and me.  Phil and Donna did some behind the scenes work - including advertising, donation buckets and graphics. 

At St. Clare, Ted organized several volunteers including Michael Chau, Evan Crader, Daniel Salomon, Tom Owens, Mike Morgan, and Don Mey from the Knights.  From our unofficial widow's auxilary for this event, Lenore Hansen, Eva Bauer, Millie Dover, Mary Smith, and Laura Bowers joined us for selling.
