All Council Knights, Individual council members need to complete form 1728a ( LINK ) with their  personal  activities during calendar year 2021,  not including their participation in council programs .  I will combine the information you provide with the information the council reported on and submit our Council information.  You can email your completed form to me at  gene.andres@comcast.net .   I need to submit our Council's completed form by January 31 .
