Hello everyone,
Thank you all for reaching out offering your time to help Volunteer for the St Clare Easter egg hunt or if you are looking to help!
The good news is we have so many stuffed eggs! Nice work everyone who has helped donate and/or stuff eggs!
I wanted to send a reminder to all of you wonderful volunteers on the details on the areas you have signed up to help or if you are looking for areas to help.

- Setup - Saturday at 4 pm arrive at St Clare. Go to the school playground gate. Help mark the egg hunt zones on the school playground.
- Hide Eggs - Sunday at 7:30 am arrive at St Clare. Meet in the parking lot or make your way to the playground. We will be hiding lots of eggs in 4 roped off zones throughout the playground and fields.
- Guides - Leave mass early after communion and help guide families to the correct age zone for their kids when they come out of mass. I could use more people for this.
- Monitors in aged zones - Need 1-2 more ppl for this. You monitor an egg hunt zone for a particular age group for about 5 min helping hold kids back before it starts.
- Clean up after egg hunt. Meet on the playground after egg hunt. This will include looking for any eggs not picked up and taking down the poles and ribbons of the zones.
Egg Hunt Zones Color and Breakdown:
1) 0-3 Age Zone - Purple Bunny. This is the closest zone as families make their way out of church in the field with the garage shed to the right.
2) 4-6 Age Zone - Yellow Bunny. This is the swing set zone
3) 7-9 Age Zone - Pink Bunny. This is the playground zone
4) 10-12 Age Zone - Blue Bunny. This is the far soccer field.
If you are not signed up and able to help please add your name to the google sign up sheet. Also any hours volunteered count towards your school in-parish or preschool daycare volunteer hours.
