CatholicVote is starting a new YouTube channel called edify.  To promote it, they are running a free sweepstakes gathering addresses and email addresses.  We could win $10,000 for our council, but more importantly, this is a way to get the information out to the iGen generation who lives on the internet.

Coming later this month, CV is proud to announce the launch of EDIFY — one of our biggest initiatives yet. EDIFY is a new comprehensive digital learning platform, designed to deliver answers to tough questions — all grounded in the teachings of the Catholic Church.

 

EDIFY will do this with brief and engaging videos featuring experts from across the country. And EDIFY will deliver the answers you are looking for in 5-minutes or less. You can share these videos with everyone you know. Think PragerU for Catholics.

 

To help spread the news about EDIFY to every Catholic in America, we created a little competition for you.

 

Generous supporters of CV have made possible a $10,000 grant, to be awarded to the top parish, school, or Catholic organization with the highest number of new EDIFY subscribers. Every new person who signs up for EDIFY content can vote for their favorite parish, school, or organization. 

 

If your parish, school, or organization gets the most votes, it will win $10,000!

 

It’s super simple. Just add your name and choose your favorite parish or org.

 

Even if you are already a CV subscriber, you need to sign up to become an EDIFY fan. This will allow us to tally your vote for the parish, school or organization of your choice. 

 

But most importantly -- be sure to spread the word to get as many people as possible to sign up and tell us what parish, school or organization could use $10,000 the most (all entries must be 501c3 qualified charities).
