Here is the update on the Work of Mercy Food Boxes for the needy program. The current pick up times, days and locations are listed below. Please advise your Council members that these parishes will need help with man power too.
Please have your council members reach out to the Grand Knights who have a distribution sites at their parish. We need to think as a diocese to make this work program work. Thanks for stepping up.
For May 18th to 22nd.
Westside of PDX
St. Matthew's - Hillsboro; will be distributing food from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday (except not this Monday), Wednesday, and Friday;
Contact District Deputy Michael Pranger or the St. Vincent DePaul Charter.
St. Puis X - Beaverton; will be distributing food from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
Contact District Deputy Dave Judy or Grand Knight Mike Haney
St. Anthony - Tigard; will be distributing food from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Contact Jerry Voelker at St. Anthony business officer for orders of boxes for councils food hand out.
Eastside of PDX
Our Lady of Lavang - Clackamas; will be distributing food from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Contact the Our Lady of Lavang for information.
Salem Area
St. Edwards; will be distributing food from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday's only.
Contact District Deputy Kevin Fredinburg or Grand Knight Mike Warner.
Possible more sites as distribution areas. They have not been confirmed yet. I will let you know when I find out.

St. Joseph the Worker - Portland; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
St. John the Baptist - Portland; Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Church of the Resurrection - Tualatin; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
St. Cecilia - Beaverton; Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
