Thanks for Breakfast Help!!!

Our new members John Keppel, Joe Mildenberger and Gene Andres all put in a hard day's work at the St. John Fisher pancake breakfast.  Personally, I really appreciate the commitment of these new members who roll up their sleeves and take on responsibility.  Thank You!  In my opinion, this is a sign of deep faith and conviction to go the extra mile.

Also, Tom Monaco who intends to join us soon helped out too.  Thank you Tom.  (He's not even a member yet!)  There were others who helped - but I didn't catch everyone's name.  But a special thanks to John.

We also had the company of Scott Young, and Rich Weber who are members of other K/C councils, but frequently help us - so their ongoing help is really appreciated.  Of course Mary Jane Weber always recruits the help of some youth group members and although I didn't catch all their names, it's always good to see young faces eager to earn grace serving others.  Thank You Mary Jane.

Then too, Mike Devlin, who had been excused, still put in a solid day of help.  (Frankly, the eggs would have suffered without him.)  And we had Phil and Donna Jarvis, Marc Gregoire, Paul Pompili, Ted Seeber with his son Christopher, all of whom are the backbone of pulling a breakfast together.  Thank you all.

It's a lot of work, but frankly, I truly enjoy the camaraderie and happy faces of each of you.  Not only that, people actually eat our food and like it!

Our next breakfast is June 10 at St. Clare.  Hope y'all will consider helping out there too.  I personally believe serving other like this takes several years off our sentence in Purgatory, but don't quote me on that.

HEY - we found a wrist watch.  If you can describe the color, serial number, manufacturer, or just tell me you lost a watch, it's yours.
