Or at least the start and the end of the weekend. I just realized I missed the bulletin announcement of the meeting. So here is what is happening this weekend for Knights of Columbus:
Friday, December 12, 6pm - our Christmas Party Potluck and First _Building the Domestic Church_ movie night kicks off at St. Clare's Parish hall. Bring a dish to share, a canned good for SVDP, and blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals for the kids! The Lego Church will be there for kids who get bored with the movie, and we'll be giving away Knight of the Year and Family of the Year, so be there.
Monday, December 15, 7pm: Council meeting. Agenda to follow in the next post on the blog, but highlights will be lessons learned from the first movie night, detailed description of how to get movie nights going in the roundtable parishes of St. John Fisher and St. Elizabeth of Hungary, and an update on future fundraising plans. In addition, please save us a stamp and pick up your 2015 dues billing notice at the council meeting.
