Our Columbian Award Submission

Thanks to Deputy Grand Knight Gene Andres for keeping track of our charitable outreach every year.  Most of you don't realize the work he puts in making sure we get our Columbian Award, a precursor to Star Council, year after year after year.  We've at least won the Columbian Award for the past 13 years since we were chartered in 2012; Gene is a huge part keeping track of the four areas we need to be active in. The graphic below is a screenshot of Gene's spreadsheet for 2024-2025.  The image is a png, you should be able to click on it and open it to zoom in:

Help Needed

A friend of our daughter-in-law’s family recently passed away.  The grandson, that she had raised to an adult, was living with her.  He must now move from the apartment they had shared to another apartment in the same building.   Our daughter-in-law is trying to help, and both are overwhelmed with the process.  She ask if I could get the Knights to help with the move. The building is in the Lloyd District.   The moving date is July 6 th .   The time appears to be flexible.   Please let me know if you are available on the 6 th and would like to help. gene.andres@comcast.net 773.426.4816
